A Stiffness Tester is a device used to measure the stiffness or rigidity of paper, cardboard, and ther flake non-metallic materials which thickness is less than 2mm. It is used to determine the bending resistance of these materials, which helps in assessing their suitability for various applications.

Features

  1. Stiffness testing can be conducted at arbitrary settings between 7.5° and 15°.
  2. The test time is adjustable within a range of 3 to 30 seconds.
  3. Test angle variations are automatically controlled by a motor, which improves measurement efficiency and reduces human influence.
  4. Three types of bending length tests can be performed, with options for 50mm, 25mm, and 10mm.
  5. The testing device includes an automatic zeroing function, eliminating the need for manual sample checking prior to testing.
  6. Measurement statistics, printing capabilities, and adjustable measurement times are available.
  7. Upon completion of the test, the device swiftly returns to its initial position at a speed that can be set between 1 and 12.
  8. User interface features a color touch screen, supports both Chinese and English operating systems, and has the ability to communicate with upper computer software (sold separately).
  9. After the test is completed, return to the initial position at high speed, and the return speed can be set arbitrarily between (1 ~ 12);
