The fabric Cool feeling tester measures the instantaneous cool sensation and thermal conductivity when a sample comes into contact with human skin.
Working Procedure
Cool Feeling Test: When used to measure the cold sense value of a sample, the sample is placed horizontally on a constant temperature platform, the test head (which has been heated) with a constant heat is in contact with the sample, and the maximum rate of heat transfer to the sample is measured (Qmax ).
Thermal Conductivity Test: When used to measure the thermal conductivity of a sample, the two ends of the sample are maintained at a constant temperature difference, the heat flow through the sample is measured within a certain period of time and the thermal conductivity is calculated.
