Features

  1. The testing machine adopts a single-space structural form, allowing all tests to be conducted within the same space, with the drive cylinder positioned on top.
  2. The product testing force range is extensive, ranging from 300kN to 3000kN, thus meeting various requirements.
  3. The mainframe features a fully rigid and seamless structure. When the tension specimen fractures, there is no impact on the ground. Additionally, the mainframe possesses a high resistance to tensile (or compressive) testing, enabling normal testing for specimens of different axes.
  4. The testing machine exhibits high concentricity, and there is no additional resistance acting on the force sensor during testing, resulting in more accurate test results.
  5. The displacement is measured using a detachable photoelectric encoder, which offers high accuracy, shock resistance, and strength.
