The crease recovery tester is a device used to assess the ability of fabric to recover its original shape after being creased or folded. It measures the fabric’s resilience and determines how quickly and effectively it can bounce back to its original state.
Working Principle
The fabric specimen is released after being crimped under a certain load for a certain period of time, and then transferred to the sample holder to allow the speciment to recover freely, and record the wrinkle recovery angle of the sample.
The instrument includes a creasing base, weights, creasing angle test frame, speciment holder, and meets various testing standards.
